Building products at Enconnex is a controlled process, which means that we document exactly how each product is built. The ECO is how we document the assembly process, and when necessary how we make changes to the product or process.

Consignment property is defined as production material or test and measurement equipment that the customer has paid for and therefore does not belong to Enconnex and does not show up on Enconnex financials.

The purpose of this document is to clearly define the contract review process. This process is for Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Product Management individuals, and pertains to items being sold to a customer on a sales order in Odoo.

The scope of this training is intended to cover all Sales and Operations individuals who are responsible for handling and processing customer orders where products are drop-shipped directly from an Enconnex vendor to an end-customer.

The purpose of this document is to clearly outline the process for creating sellable product SKUs in the Odoo system. This SOP covers any new product that will be sold as a finished good to a customer or a partner.

In order to stay ISO 9001:2015 compliant processes stated as followed need to be followed. Having processes ensures that the same steps are taken to accomplish goals across projects. This training is in place to ensure that all necessary persons are aware of the process in place for Engineering Design.
