Anyone on the List of approvers or verifiers can verify the ECO Being on the list of approvers doesn't mean you are qualified to Verify the ECO, you must be a subject matter expert to sign off. When a product needs to ship, anyone can verify the ECO

2. The verifier checks the ECO for:

Accuracy, What, Why, and How the change will be made. only checks that the ECO is for the correct product When the product needs to ship How important the change on the ECO is.
